I write independent books and explanatory material examining what can still be proven after automated and AI-assisted decisions are questioned under legal, regulatory, investigative or public scrutiny. The focus is not governance appearance, policy language or technical aspiration. It is whether one specific outcome can still be reconstructed afterwards from records, authority and retained evidence that already exist.
